It’s been more than a year since Labour won the General Election. I remember the triumph, the outburst of elation and relief when they toppled 14-year Conservative rule that had brought pain and misery for so many. Now any inkling of that positivity seems to be gone, drowned in a noisy chorus of shouts, screams and accusations.
