Fears of graduating into unemployment — but data from three economies offer no cause for alarm

With June arriving and graduates preparing to enter the workforce, some university lecturers are deeply pessimistic about their employment prospects. Reports suggest job vacancies this year are substantially down from previous years. This piece examines whether unemployment among those under 25 is, in fact, especially severe.
