Lost HKDSE Students: Where have they gone?

As Hong Kong underwent immense, and perhaps irrevocable political and economic change in the last few years, many have chosen to seek different lives, both within the city and abroad. One of those greatly affected groups are students: the coincident trends of outflows from the Hong Kong educational system, and the ongoing exodus of Hongkongers sparks speculation that the mass pursuit of overseas education is the connecting factor between the two.
